Position

TheManager,ITIntegrationisresponsibleformanagingtheteam,coordinating,anddelegatingtasksrelatedtoprojects,servicerequests,incidents,releasemanagementandsoftwaredevelopmentoftheIntegrationsTeamatSonepar.ReportingtoandsupportingtheDirectorofITArchitecture,Data,AIandIntegration,themanageroverseestheteam,theplanningandcoordinationofactivitiesinsupportoftheintegrationsystem(s)usedbySonepar.

Scope of the Position

TheManager,ITIntegrationisresponsibleformanagingtheteam,coordinating,anddelegatingtasksrelatedtoprojects,servicerequests,incidents,releasemanagementandsoftwaredevelopmentoftheIntegrationsTeamatSonepar.ReportingtoandsupportingtheDirectorofITArchitecture,Data,AIandIntegration,themanageroverseestheteam,theplanningandcoordinationofactivitiesinsupportoftheintegrationsystem(s)usedbySonepar.

Major Responsibilities

• Overseethearchitectureandmaintenanceofintegrationplatforms,APIs,anddatapipelinesforreal-timeandbatchconnectivity
• Collaboratewithapplication,data,andinfrastructureteamstoensurescalableandsecuresysteminteroperability
• Guide,coachandmentorIntegrationsteam.
• Establishandenforcedevelopmentstandardsandprocessesalongwithbestpractices.
• Involvementinstrategicplandecisions.
• Establishbestpracticesformodelmonitoring,retraining,andintegrationversioncontrol
• Partnerwithstakeholdersacrossdepartmentstogatherrequirements,designsolutions,andmeasureoutcomes
• Establishpatterns,reusabilitystandardsandbestpracticesforAPIsandsystemsconnectivitythroughtheIntegrationCenterofExcellence(CoE)
• Superviseresourceallocationstoassureattainmentofbusinessandpersonaldevelopmentgoals.
• Indepthknowledgeofallaspectsofthebusinessisrequiredtobeabletoeffectivelyguide,suggest,implement,monitor,andexecutesystemrequirementsandenhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor'sdegreeinComputerScience,DataEngineering,orrelatedfield(Master’spreferred)
• SolidunderstandingofAPImanagement,ETLframeworks,modellifecyclemanagement,anddatapipelines
• 5–7yearsofexperienceinITleadershiprolesrelatedtointegrationarchitecture
• 5+yearshands-onexperienceIntegratingsystemusinganEnterpriseServiceBus,orcustomenterpriseintegrationsystem
• 3-5yearsofexperienceinAzureEnvironment
• 3-5yearsofexperienceinAzureDev-Ops
• 1–3yearsofexperienceinMicrosoftFabric
• ERPexperiencewithSAP,InforSX,Eclipseanasset
• 3+yearsofexperiencewithprojectchangemanagement
• Programmingbackgroundishelpful(Python)
• SQLSeverexperienceishelpful
• Strongcommunicationandstakeholderengagementskillswithapragmaticmindsetforinnovation
