Our federal government client is seeking a
Compensation Consultant to work on contract supporting their
Division with reimbursement claims.
This Division supports institutional-level leadership in an advisory capacity on the development and maintenance of a future-focused, sustainable, relevant, and agile Personnel force, that is fully integrated in a readiness posture. The department requires administrative support to process expense claim benefits.
Contract: One (1) year full-time + possible extensionsLanguage: Bilingualism would be an assetLocation: Onsite – Moodie DriveClearance: Reliability level
Tasks
• Provide benefit services to the organization’s employees:
• Review supporting evidence (e.g., receipts, financial authorities) for their
accuracy and completeness.
• Process employees claim in conformance with the policies, directives, and regulations.
• Provide guidance to members on the claims process and their entitlements.
• Liaise with financial authorities and activity coordinators to verify travel details
and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain documentation for the purposes of audit
Qualifications
Must have two (2) recent years of experience processing claims against allowances
Must have a Reliability level of security clearance
