We are seeking a Bilingual Technical Inside Sales to join our dynamic team in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec.

Position Overview :

As a Bilingual Technical Inside Sales, you’ll be a key player in supporting customer needs, processing orders, and providing technical guidance on welding and wear protection products. You’ll also work closely with our sales team to help drive business growth and deliver outstanding service experiences.

What You’ll Do

Handle incoming customer inquiries, orders, and technical questions by phone and email.

• Support our customer service team as required.
• Provide product, pricing, and delivery information to customers and sales reps.
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely invoicing and shipment.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, order confirmations, and backorders.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support customer relationship building.
• Respond promptly to customer requests for documentation or technical support.
• Run daily / monthly order and sales reports for team analysis.
• Maintain CRM records and assist with internal coordination between departments.
• Support warehouse and shipping operations by preparing orders for dispatch as needed.
