We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the National Manager, CHE is responsible for leading the national medical education strategy and the CHE team, delivering insight-driven compliant initiatives that align with organizational and healthcare priorities while strengthening collaboration and engagement with key internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Lead the development and execution of the national CHE strategic plan in alignment with organizational and healthcare system/customers priorities and needs.
Lead, manage and coach the CHE team to ensure effective execution of educational initiatives.
Plan and manage CHE budget ensure strategic allocation of resources across programs and regions and support financial reporting.
Conduct HCP needs assessment nationally and contribute to identifying educational gaps in partnership with cross-functional colleagues
Translate insights into strategic and high-quality educational programs measurable by defined KPI’s, aimed at impacting HCP knowledge, attitude and skills, and overall behaviors to elevate standards of care and foster improved patients’ outcomes.
Oversee strategic planning, delivery, and evaluation of national CHE activities to ensure excellence, consistency, and continuous improvement.
Maintain executive‑level relationships with national KOL’s and external partners to advance CHE strategy.
Ensure all CHE initiatives comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
Monitor program performance and generate actionable insights to optimize strategy and resource allocation.
Support cross‑functional alignment by providing national leadership on CHE priorities and execution.
Manage budgets, timelines, and operational processes for national CHE initiatives.
Represent the CHE function in cross‑functional meetings, contributing strategic input and expertise in medical education planning and execution.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required, Master's of Science/Business degree would be considered an asset.
Five plus years of progressive experience.
Experience developing and executing national or regional medical education programs.
Previous experience managing vendors, budgets, and cross‑functional projects.
Leadership or team‑management experience preferred.
Education and/or experience in Health Education and Adult Learning Principles is a strong asset.
Knowledge of Canadian healthcare landscape and various national health education frameworks, accrediting bodies and certification systems is a strong asset
Previous experience in diabetes care is required, including familiarity with standards of care, patient management considerations, and the evolving therapeutic landscape
Certification in CHE or equivalent completed or in progress is a strong asset
French would be considered an asset.
Travel approximately 20%.
