We have teaching opportunities across all grade levels throughout the city with the aim to provide Cree Language and Culture education to our students. School programming has grown from one program in one school to six Division sites offering a Nehiyaw Pimatisiwin Cree Language and Culture program. Our Division also boasts First Nation Métis and Inuit (FNMI) Graduation Coaches who deliver the Braided Journeys Program at 15 schools, along with Truth and Reconciliation Lead Teachers at every school.
