About the role:

The Front Desk Receptionist welcomes guests to the property, providing an exceptional guest experience at check-in, during theguest’sstay and on departure. This role works to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction during their arrival and departure, plus responding to a wide variety of guest requests, assessing guest needs, adding personal recommendations, and aligning with Four Seasons service standards. This role is part of the Front Office Department, reporting into the Front Office Manager.

Hourly Wage:$22.50 - $24.25

What you will do:

• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible

• Assistsguests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.

• Responds to all guest requests inan accurateandtimelymanner. Interactions with guest will be in person and by phone;

• Resolves guest complaints, and find opportunities to recognize and personalize the service experience for all guests

What you bring:

• One +years experienceworking within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.

• Cross cultural sensitivity, and customer service orientation.

• Guest centricity and understanding the importance ofguest’spreferences.

• Previousexperience with Opera PMS preferred.

• Ability toquickly and positively establish rapportisrequired

• Current Four Seasons employees, bilingualcandidatesand those with prior experience in a luxury hotel/environment will receive priority consideration.

• Strong command of the English language, both written and oral arerequired

• Excellent commitment to service and teamwork.

• Great attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work in Canada.

Schedule & Hours:

As our hotel is open 24/7,365 daysa year, we expect the Front Desk Receptionist to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
