Position Responsibilities :

- Be the go-to resource : Prepare reports, fund proposals, and provide guidance on policies and regulations.
- Own the details : Schedule meetings, manage budgets, and coordinate weekly team sessions.
- Lead events : From planning to execution, organize impactful advisor and industry events.
- Drive marketing : Manage email campaigns, track results, and keep communication flowing.
- Collaborate : Act as the main point of contact for internal and external partners.
Required Qualifications :
Post-secondary education.You thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities with ease.You’re a problem solver, detail-oriented, and proactive.You communicate clearly, work well in a team, and stay cool under pressure.A passion for learning and growing in the wealth management space.Bilingual (French & English) is required - The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.Preferred Qualifications :
CSC or IFIC certification (an asset).Experience in mutual funds or financial planning (an asset).You’re tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, and ideally familiar with Salesforce and SAP Concur.Where This Role Can Take You
