Reporting to theFinanceManageras an internyouwillbe responsibleforprocessingthe pricingand customer data maintenance requests. The key responsibilities include thetimelyadministrationcreationand maintenance of the master additionyouwill support the sales finance Retail and Foodservice groups whenwhile allensuring the accuracy and completeness of all requests.

The Internship Program will begin on May 11th and end August 14th 2026.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER...

• Process requests from the master data maintenance mailboxes including the creation of customers maintenance of prices and updates to concerned groups

• Validateand process credit notesin a timely manner

• Process Debit notes for the Retail and FS sales finance team

YOU ARE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU...

• Are currently pursuing aBachelorsor inAccountingand/or Administration (Second or third yearundergrad);

• Intention of pursuing CPAdesignation;

• Basic understanding of accounting principles (accruals reconciliationsetc)

• Are active in extracurricular activities on campus or in thecommunity;

• Havepreviousrelated internship experience (an asset);

• Are detail-oriented analyticalself-motivatedand willing to takeinitiative;

• Are not afraid to get acquainted with your team and business partners quickly buildingrelationships;

• As part of their duties the position holder willbe requiredto communicate and collaborate in English and French both orally and in writing with colleagues or other stakeholderslocatedin Québec elsewhere in Canada or across North America.

• Master Office suite programs andapplications;

• Have strong time management and organizational skills: you will manage priorities and multiple projects at a time all while ensuring to meet deadlines.
