Director, Product Design

Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor and coach a team of skilled designers to deliver high quality work
- Experience working across product R&D through the lens of the Design System
- Identify and prioritize usage scenarios through customer research and competitive analysis
- Design and build functional prototypes, and path towards Dev ready execution
- Strong partnership with engineering and product management to drive shared vision and execution of product plans
- Deliver UX vision, along with a plan for evolutionary, iterative updates, that actualize the larger vision over time
Required Qualifications
Base salary range : $154,783 - $208,696. Employees may also be eligible for bonuses, stock options, and other forms of compensation.The above represents total expected compensation for this role.
