What We’re Looking For We are looking for a Senior Database Developer to support the growing database demand within the XSight engineering team and to build critical knowledge redundancy alongside our current senior database SME. This role will focus on database-centric development and architecture, helping design, optimize, and scale the data layer behind our platform. The position sits within the SOTI XSight product team - an intelligent diagnostics and support solution that provides organizations with full visibility into their mobile devices and enables proactive issue detection and resolution in real time. Integrated with SOTI MobiControl and part of the SOTI ONE Platform, XSight combines advanced analytics, remote support, and device management to power reliable, cost-efficient, business-critical mobile operations. You will play a key role in strengthening the platform’s data architecture, performance, and scalability as the product continues to grow. What You’ll Do Gather and analyze functional requirements, and translate those into specific technical tasks Guide team on cloud technologies and contribute toward compliance with cloud best practices Identify, debug, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing their sources and overall impact Assist leads in execution and provide module-level leadership Ideate and collaborate with multiple product teams for cross-product integrations Identify, handle, and fix non-functional requirements related to performance and security Write well-designed, scalable, reliable, testable, and reusable code by using best software development practices, clean cod,e and solid principles Provide leadership on the implementation of software solutions in C# and .NET Be active in the community by participating in meetups and conferences Participate in brainstorming and idea generation activities Stay up-to-date with advanced technologies to be able to provide the best solutions for new projects Experience You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any STEM-related program 7-10 years of enterprise software development experience with proficiency in full-stack development Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms, SOLID principles and software design patterns, and good debugging skills Good understanding of DB concepts, data modeling, and storage with a well-known relational database, preferably SQL Server Good understanding of CICD tools and processes Good exposure to cloud infrastructure Pride in ownership and a passion for innovation Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-group collaboration skills Experience in agile methods such as Scrum / XP, Business Driven Development, and Continuous Delivery About SOTI SOTI is a proven innovator and industry leader for simplifying business mobility solutions by making them smarter, faster and more reliable.
