Role Description
A technical role focused on developing high‑performance services using C# and .NET Core, supporting real‑time and multithreaded systems, and collaborating within Agile teams to enhance and maintain mission‑critical tools.

Compensation and Benefits
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is CAD 87,000 to CAD 107,000 per year. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. The base range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini believes it may pay for the role at the time of posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered may fall outside the posted range and will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, education and qualifications, certifications and licenses, relevant experience and skills, seniority and performance, market and business considerations, and internal pay equity. It is not typical to be hired at or near the top of the posted range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
