Teamcenter Trainer – PLM - Axiom Global Technologies

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Teamcenter Trainer to enable users to effectively adopt and utilize Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions. This role plays a critical part in driving user adoption, ensuring data integrity, and improving operational efficiency by delivering high-quality training programs, documentation, and ongoing user support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Training Program Development : Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive training curricula, modules, and materials (user guides, quick reference guides, videos, online tutorials) for various Teamcenter user roles and functionalities
• Training Delivery : Conduct instructor-led training sessions (in-person and virtual), workshops, and one-on-one coaching for new and existing users
• Needs Assessment : Collaborate with PLM architects, project managers, business analysts, and business stakeholders to identify training needs related to Teamcenter implementations, upgrades, and process changes
• User Support & Mentorship : Provide post-training support, respond to user inquiries, and guide users on best practices for daily Teamcenter usage
• Content Management : Maintain a centralized and up-to-date repository of training materials and documentation
• Continuous Improvement : Collect feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously enhance training content and delivery methods
• System Knowledge : Stay current on Teamcenter features, enhancements, and PLM best practices
• Collaboration : Work closely with PLM, IT, and business teams to ensure training aligns with system capabilities and project timelines
