Job description

We’re looking for a dynamic and skilled Senior Marketing Specialist / Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This role will be essential in driving our digital marketing initiatives, focusing on customer acquisition, brand awareness, and engagement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in executing and optimizing digital ad campaigns across various platforms, especially with Google Ads and AdWords, and possess a strong analytical mindset to help refine strategies based on performance metrics.

Key Accountabilities

  • Strategy Development : Collaborate with the marketing team and senior leadership to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.​D
  • igital Marketing Campaign Management : Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, AdWords, social media, and other digital channels to meet key business objectives.S
  • EO / SEM : Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and oversee paid search engine marketing (SEM) initiatives to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.A
  • nalytics and Reporting : Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.B
  • udget Management : Manage digital marketing budgets, including PPC campaigns, ensuring efficient spend and maximum impact.A
  • d Copywriting and Creative Development : Write and develop compelling ad copy and creative assets tailored for different digital platforms to drive engagement and conversions.A
  • B Testing and Optimization : Conduct A / B tests on campaigns to enhance ad effectiveness, improve CTR, and maximize ROI.C

ualifications : B

  • achelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.5
  • years of experience in digital marketing, specifically with hands-on experience managing Google Ads / AdWords.P
  • roven experience with SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.P
  • roficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads / AdWords, and other digital advertising platforms.P
  • roven track record of success in driving measurable results, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.S
  • trong understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.E
  • xcellent copywriting and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.A
  • bility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.S

    ybrid work model consisting of 3 days working out of the Etobicoke officeMost of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about.
