We are seeking a motivated and experienced Manufacturing Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the production floor. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team of production workers to meet company goals.

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output and quality targets
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching, training, and feedback
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to resolve issues
• Maintain accurate production records and generate reports as needed
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
• Enforce proper use of equipment and adherence to standard operating procedures
