Job Title : Junior Human Resources (HR)

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of HR or administrative experience; internships or co-op placements are welcome.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Discreet, dependable, and able to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR software or HRIS is a plus.
• Knowledge of Alberta employment standards is an asset.
