Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for pharmacy operations? We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys problem-solving, and excels in communication. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you’ll be the main point of contact for our Partner Vendor, responsible for ensuring smooth interactions with clients and resolving issues promptly.
What You’ll Do
Understand and comply with College of Pharmacists bylaws and regulations.
Process and prepare prescriptions with precision.
Answer calls and provide exceptional customer support.
Identify patients in need of improved medication adherence.
Create and maintain spreadsheets to track and monitor patient records.
Assist with all other Pharmacy Assistant duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager or Owner(s).

Knowledge of pharmaceutical math.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Commitment to quality assurance and service excellence.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-changing environment.
Excellent organizational skills, time management, and the ability to shift priorities effectively.
Initiative and self-motivation to learn new processes quickly.
Accuracy in data entry is mandatory.
Requirements
Diploma from an accredited Pharmacy Assistant program (preferred).
1+ year of relevant experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical software.
Additional Details
Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Work is primarily performed at our PartnershipRX location in Surrey.
Schedule : 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (may include weekends).
Start date : ASAP.
Closing date : Open until the right candidate is found.
