Responsibilities

• Take incoming radio, phone and in‑person calls, document details and  escalate to proper resources.
• Dispatch Security, Cleaning Services and Building Operators to calls as required.
• Dispatch security services to critical facility issues, including medical, fire, and disturbances.
• Provide detailed documentation of activity as called into the dispatch center into event logs.
• Dispatching for emergency situations (EPS, EMS, EFD).
• Monitor CCTV and provide support to Security Agents responding to calls.
• Oversee facility monitoring systems and  escalate when equipment signals an alarm.
• Communicate and provide regular updates by email distribution groups for all events on the property.
• Provide key access through key control system for employees and contractors.
• Provide contractor sign‑in / sign‑out process;  sign out equipment as needed to contractors.
• Complete reports and provide information related to a site‑owned security equipment.
• Contact tenants for critical property concerns related to their tenant space.
• Obtain / file maintenance inspections and equipment audits from team members.
