About the Role

We are seeking a  Lead Process Engineer  to support and enhance production operations within a food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production processes and resolve issues to meet production plans and efficiency targets.
• Review daily reports, validate data accuracy, and address deviations with production teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, R&D, Supply Chain, and other departments.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance OEE, reduce losses, and optimize labour and inventory.
• Support the Production Manager in setting KPIs, action plans, and performance targets.
• Review product specifications and recommend updates or improvements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs; deliver training to production staff.
• Ensure sanitation standards and food safety protocols (GMP, HACCP, traceability) are consistently met.
• Troubleshoot process issues and guide operators on corrective actions.
• Plan and evaluate production operations to improve efficiency and resource utilization.
