Role Description

This is a remote role for a Mortgage Agent. The Mortgage Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with their mortgage needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring smooth processing of mortgage applications. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating financial documents, consulting with clients, liaising with lenders, and staying updated on industry regulations and trends. The Mortgage Agent will also contribute to mortgage marketing efforts and build long-term client relationships through exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in the Mortgage Industry, including Mortgage Servicing and Mortgage Lending
• Proficiency in Mortgages and Mortgage Marketing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting, with strong time management and organizational skills
• Relevant certification or licensing as a Mortgage Agent (as per provincial regulations)
• Previous experience in financial services or real estate industries is a plus
