Position : Customer Service Representative - Pharmaceutical Sector!Location : Vaudreuil - on site Salary : $60K to $65K (based on experience) + full benefits! Our reputable client in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team at their Vaudreuil office. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and full benefits, including an attractive pension plan! In this role, you will be building and maintaining client relationships as you support them through the order process from start to delivery. Responsibilities :  - Taking orders, carefully verifying information and entering it into the system - Working with production on scheduling orders - Performing follow-up with internal and external clients regarding product availability, pricing and order status - Tracking orders and managing expectations with clients regarding any updates on order status- Coordinating billing and credits accordingly - Ensuring that information is frequently updated in the system to reflect any changes- Creating new client files and maintaining existing client information files - Communicating with other departments regarding any special situation pertaining to client information and orders - Effectively managing the client relationship throughout the process Qualifications :  - At least 2 years of experience in customer service / order entry within a manufacturing environment - Advanced Excel skills - High motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills- Resourcefulness and solution-oriented approachPlease send your resume in Word format to Hannah Tiongson at hannah.tiongson@quantum.ca.REFER A PERM HIRE AND EARN UP TO $1,000!
