JD : Job Summary :

We are looking for a Techno-Functional SAP Service Cloud V2 Consultant to join our team. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP Service Cloud V2 solutions for Utilities Customer. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical skills and functional knowledge to effectively support business processes and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and Implementation : Develop and implement SAP Service Cloud V2 solutions and Instance as Green Field to meet business requirements.

Customization and Configuration : Customize and configure SAP Service Cloud V2 applications, including workflows, Reports, business rules, Extensions, Integrations, KUT fields and custom objects.

Integration : Integrate SAP Service Cloud V2 with other systems and third-party applications.

Technical Support : Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Service Cloud V2 applications.

Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Security : Ensure the security and compliance of SAP Service Cloud V2 applications.

MUST Have : Strong proficiency in SAP Service Cloud V2, SAP C4C, SAP C / 4HANA, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration, Utilities Industry,

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience : 7-10 Years of Hands-on experience as an SAP Service Cloud V2 and / or very strong green field implementation experience of prior version of C4C.

Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in SAP Service Cloud V2, SAP C4C, SAP C / 4HANA, and SAP Cloud Platform Integration.

Functional Knowledge : Understanding of customer service processes of Utilities company and best practices.

Certifications : SAP certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Service Cloud V2 are preferred.

Soft Skills : Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with other SAP solutions (e.g., SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud).

Knowledge of integration tools like SAP Cloud Platform Integration Suite.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
