CWD is seeking an E-Commerce Marketplace Coordinator 1-Year Contract to join our exceptionally talented and collaborative team!
This posting reflects an existing vacancy within our Niagara Falls location.
Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing traffic and conversion strategies, developing and maintaining key e-commerce accounts, handling account administration, and conducting reporting and analysis.

Our hours of operation are 8 : 15am to 5 : 00pm Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities : Marketplace Administration Maintain and update product listings in marketplace portals such as Amazon Seller Central Investigate and resolve marketplace listing issues Manage case resolution for marketplace accounts Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing business performance Traffic and Conversion Strategies Schedule and execute promotions to drive traffic and sales Collaborate with agency to manage Amazon pay-per-click advertising Set up and launch new products on e-commerce marketplaces Implement yearly sales and marketing plans Collaborate with account managers to explore business growth opportunities Reporting and Analysis Prepare reports on sales and expenditures Analyze sales performance versus forecasts Evaluate promotional activities and develop actionable plans Other Collaborate with the E-Commerce Manager to develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures Effectively complete other duties as assigned Qualifications : College diploma or university degree in marketing or a related field Minimum of 2 plus years in an e-commerce marketplace role (preferably Amazon) Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level preferred) and experience with marketplace seller portals, including troubleshooting and managing product listings Strong data entry and analysis skills, with digital advertising experience Technical Requirements : Familiarity with tools and systems such as Outlook, Smartsheet, ERP, PIM, marketplace seller portals, and Criteo ad platform Proficiency in MS Office suite Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Aptitude for problem-solving What We Offer Our expected compensation range for this role is $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 annually.
The salary you may receive will be determined based on the skills, experience, and qualifications you bring to the position, as well as how they align with the responsibilities and scope of the E-Commerce Marketplace Coordinator Contract role.
