Job descriptionRelocation costs not covered by employer Professionalism in customer service Load and unload goods Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle Receive and relay information to central dispatch Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption Air Brakes Endorsement Class 1 / 1F / A Licence (semi trailer trucks) Class 3 / 3F / DF Licence (trailer truck, vehicles with more than 3 axles) Accident or incident reports Inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip) Trip reports Tractor-trailer Tractor-trailer B train Local Long-haul Short-haul Driving record check (abstract) Valid driver's licence Attention to detail Sitting Excellent written communication Flexibility Organized Team player
