Job Summary

The Program Lead : Central Canada is responsible for driving the successful implementation management and continuous improvement of In-Community and camp-based programming in Central Canada. This role ensures that programmatic goals are met with excellence operational systems are efficient and aligned with organizational standards and regional teams are supported resourced and accountable. The Program Lead is responsible for ensuring participants engage in high quality programming and have a positive program experience for long term impact. The Program Lead applies their knowledge of youth development outdoor and experiential education program quality systems and demonstrated excellence in coaching and facilitation to provide direction and support to their team and the communities we serve.

This role delivers programs and supervises team members in the classroom community and at camp. The Program Lead : Central Canada reports into the Regional Lead : Central Canada and will work collaboratively with the operations impact and facilitation and instruction teams to ensure a safe and impactful program experiences for all participants.

Work Location

Role Location : Central Canada & Tim Horton Camp Whiteshell (THCW) in Seven Sisters Falls Manitoba. Onsite living accommodation may be available.
