Client Services Representative Expert
Location : Toronto, ON - Hybrid-(3 days per week in office)
Contract Length : 18 Months with Possibility of extension.

What will you do? (there is lots more on this in a nutshell )
- Maintains client files, performing data entry and account processing duties (e.g. verifying accuracy of transactions).
- Performs other clerical duties as necessary, such as preparing reports requiring specialized procedures, answering phone calls, bookkeeping, completing routine forms and maintaining records and filing, etc.
- Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain product information, and address complaints.
- Compile, copy, sort, and file records of business transactions and other activities.
- Compute, record and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports.
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems.
If you are right for his role, you probably have :
- 3 to 6 years’ experience in financial services industry.
- High level of technical operational expertise.
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and non-verbal) and ability to operate alongside senior leaders, functional leads.
- Structured, organized, and efficient.
- Knowledge of risk management (identification and mitigation).
- Exceptional client facing skills.
- Demonstrated change management skills.
- Ability to support, negotiate, collaborate, and bring people together.
- Good working knowledge of Banking system infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability with conflict resolution and issue management.
- General working knowledge of factors affecting business and industry including trends in the marketplace, technology and competitors.
- Builds collaborative relationships with internal business units to expedite issue resolution. Identifies opportunities for increasing efficiency and productivity to management.
Adopts new technologies and processes as required.
Proficient verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail and critical thinking.Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
