Senior Business Solution Specialist, Capital Credit Risk

In this role you will :

• Aligning delivered solutions to strategic technical and capability roadmaps and identifying new shared capabilities and business opportunities.
• Active collaboration with Business stakeholders in facilitating functional, data flow and solution design discussions.
• Elicit, define, assess and document detailed business and system design requirements (functional, operational, transitional, information & non-functional) for new systems & systems enhancements and identify any gaps within current capability.
• Performs analysis and evaluation of options, alternatives, and system capabilities.
• Provide strong subject matter expertise across multiple functional areas and across functional process flows or functional and cross functional teams.
• Understand complex system integrations including source and target systems and how they relate to each other and perform data analysis.
• Assist with managing projects and coordinate work with Project Teams and provide post rollout support for system enhancements.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and activities in a timely, organized manner.
• Independently resolve complex, multi-faceted problems to meet the business needs.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and action plans.
• Guide development team on requirements, and design to help build reusable components and scalable solutions.
• Demonstrate effective leadership skills, including the ability to assume end-to-end ownership of a project and responsibility for the related project deliverables.
• Effective time management and organization skills with the ability to use diplomacy, judgment, and persuasion to secure agreement and cooperation.
