Our global energy client is looking for an Intermediate Field Support Technician with Desktop, Network and Mobility experience to support both in-person and remote end-users at an onsite camp, working a 14 days on / 14 days off rotation.
One year contract to start. Must be able to work 14 days on / 14 days off. Fly-in / fly-out of camp.
Must Haves :
- 3+ years Desktop Support Technician experience
- Windows 10 and O support experience
- VPN Global Protect, Citrix, MFA support experience
- Cisco Call Manager & Unity VOIP administration
- Mobility device management
- ServiceNow experience
