Stockroom Clerk

Location: Ancaster, Ontario (onsite)

As our next Stockroom Clerk, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day activities and inventory in the stockroom. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure smooth operations and timely support for maintenance and production needs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Verify supplier shipments for accuracy.
• Unpack shipments and place products in designated locations.
• Serve customers at the stockroom window or counter.
• Perform physical inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Handle receiving, cycle counts, draw, and return transactions.
• Expedite supplier shipments and coordinate emergency shipments.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Johnson Electric policies, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or stockroom operations is an asset.
• Motivated individual with problem-solving abilities and a strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of maintenance, repair, and operation products is an asset.
• Computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work at all organizational levels.
• High integrity and dependability with a sense of urgency.

Work Environment:

• Standing for long periods of time.
• Manufacturing environment with physical activity.
