Job Description:

- Commercial Lines Account Manager

- Dedication to ensure client success and retention

- Build trusted relationships with client base

- Provide service of an existing book of business

- Thorough policy reviews and renewal conversations

- Gain an understanding of clients’ operations and insurance needs

- Re-marketing of renewals to ensure the client is realizing their best options

- Negotiations with insurance companies to secure optimal terms for the clients

- Ensure accurate risk selection and adhere to underwriting criteria

Applicants Qualities:

This position requires a customer-focused individual that is a driven self-starter, highly organized, pays attention to detail and MUST have a positive attitude. You will need to be comfortable working with a variety of software programs and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
