Senior Human Resource Business Partner

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a busy manufacturing facility in Cornwall.Reporting to the Director, Human Resources and partnering very closely with the Operations leadership teams at the facility, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR / LR related matters including investigations, talent acquisition, policy follow-through, employee relations, and performance management. This position provides support to employees on a variety of Human Resources functions. What we offer :

• Salary : $80,000 - $90,000

• Shifts / Position :  Full time, Permanent – ON-SITE position.
