Responsibilities :
Manage accounts payable processes and expand into other areas of finance.
Work closely with the Director and other staff members to provide financial services.
Handling General Accounting tasks
Bank and credit card reconcilliations
Integrate effectively with the finance team and the agency's operational needs.
Cash application
Assist the manager with month-end reporting and year end audits
Utilize Sage software for financial operations
Qualifications :
Proven full-time experience in a finance role with a willingness to learn and grow.
All-around knowledge beyond accounts payable; non-profit experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills
Experience with Sage software is beneficial, but not a must-have if quick to learn.
Payroll experience is an asset
