Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant ETL Developer

In this role you will be responsible for coding testing and delivering high quality deliverables and should be willing to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

Design and Develop ETL Processes. Design develop and maintain high-performance ETL processes using Informatica ensuring optimal data transformation and loading procedures.

Use development skills to develop and maintain multiple applications.

Optimize performance. Identify bottlenecks in ETL processes. Apply your expertise in Informatica transformations and SQL queries for maximum performance and responsiveness.

Optimize database schemas. Ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.

Error handling and monitoring. Implement robust error handling mechanisms in both Informatica environments to maintain system reliability.

Testing. Use unit and integration testing to ensure delivery of robust and effective solutions.

Documentation and Best Practices. Document ETL processes data mappings and integrations thoroughly. Share your knowledge of best practices in Informatica to enhance team proficiency.

Work Collaboratively. Work as a liaison between the business and development team in all phases of development from solution definition to deployment.

Maintain coding standards. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of ETL and coding standards.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

BE / B Tech / MCA

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

ETL - Informatica

SQL using Sybase or other commercial relational databases.

• .NET technologies including C# .NET Framework 4.0 or above MVC Web Core.

Experience in creating and maintaining Autosys jobs.

Unix / Linux programming - Perl shell Python

HTML5 technologies Angular Typescript Javascript Json CSS.

Bachelors degree in computer science Software Engineering Information Technology or related field required

Relevant experience with SDLC and Agile development methodologies.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.

Self-driven strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Understanding of OOO design patterns automated testing CI / CD.

Technical understanding of web and other multi-tiered distributed applications / systems
