Millwright

Our client a multi-trade contractor delivering projects across the commercial, industrial, water, and wastewater sectors . The head office is based in Waterloo, Ontario , with active job sites throughout the province.

This position includes a strong total rewards package, including flexible benefits, RRSP matching, and a gym membership , and are currently seeking full-time, licensed Millwrights to join our growing team. Candidates must be willing to travel to project sites across Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical systems
• Detect and diagnose equipment irregularities and malfunctions
• Repair or replace defective machine components and assemblies
• Fabricate required parts during equipment overhauls
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on :
• Pumps (centrifugal, submersible, progressive cavity, etc.)
• Mixers and gearboxes
• Perform SMAW welding (all positions); welding experience is considered an asset
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining safety and quality standards
