Description

  • Manage Vital Information Management System (VIMS) data and work with a Condition Based Monitoring program to monitor trends affecting component or machine life.
  • Investigate all major component failures, review / analyze downtime reports and provide recommendations on process / operational improvements.
  • Responsible for scheduling customer visits, setting agendas and writing monthly reports on customer update.
  • Send technical analysis to the customers, and provide the customer with recommended service options.
  • Must develop and maintain open lines of communication with all supportive departments.
  • Ensure analysis and maintenance / repair recommendations are provided to appropriate groups on time.
  • Rapid escalation to the appropriate individuals and / or groups of any machine-down situations.
  • Accountable for building a library on all technical issues.
  • Responsible for machine availability.
  • Perform fleet inspections on a regularly scheduled basis, analyze inspection information and provide recommendations for maintenance or repair activities.

Education & Experience :

  • Seasoned HET or have significant mechanical experience
  • Strong understanding of CBM, VIMS, PMRL / CVRI Payload Management
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a customer service role
  • Strong communication skills including verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Contribute positively to a quality team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter and ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Highly flexible with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
  • Understand safety standards

    • You must either live in the region or be willing to travel within the region to meet the job requirements.
