A typical day :
- Monitor functional and industry mailboxes, and coordinate or process requests as appropriate.
- Issue Road Use and 3rd Party Crossing agreements as per current requests, Issue invoices associated with granted Road Use agreements.
- Verify payment of Road Use invoices, Issue replacement Road Use agreements necessitated by acquisition and divestment activities.
- Audit records and systems for company compliance and data integrity, Perform analysis to respond to queries from stakeholders (Partners, Vendors, Grantees, Auditors, Land / Surface Analysts, etc.)
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, Request new vendors and incorporate vendors into systems as required.
- Maintain SOX compliancy with all tasks performed, Maintain and document guidelines and progress relevant to tasks being performed.
- Provide workload status updates as requested, Assist Supervisor of Land Systems as requested or required.
Successful candidates will have :
5 years of surface land experience required.Complies with all requisites to act as a contingent.Knowledge of industry crossing regulations and requirements, Knowledge of Microsoft Suite.Completion of a recognized (Land Administration) program, or equivalent industry experience.Complies with all safety initiatives and regulations, Strong analytical skills.Working knowledge of CS Land, Consistently demonstrates high integrity, behaves ethically, and follows through on commitments.Complies with all safety initiatives and regulations, Excellent organizational and communication skills along with attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to be both an excellent team-player and a self-starter who is comfortable working with minimal supervision, Ability to understand and incorporate SPIRIT values.Total rewards :
