Position Description
As this industry leader’s newest Inside Sales / Sales Support professional, your primary role will be to manage and develop existing customer accounts. You will work closely with their expert operations team to provide quotations and exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will support their external sales team, including assisting with customer quotes.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to grow their accounts.
- Collaborate with the operations team to prepare quotations and handle customer inquiries.
- Assist external sales personnel with customer quotes and follow-up.
- Attend trade conferences worldwide to represent the company and network with industry professionals.
Experience
Experience in air freight and logistics is essential.
