Role Details : Located at Visy Penrith Plant Full time permanent positions.

What youll do :

• Furnace control experience is not essential as on the job training is provided.
• Monitor the melting furnace and its ancillary systems.
• Identify and report the maintenance needs of equipment / furnace.
• Prepare written or computerised operational records as required
• Monitor computer alarms essential to the quality operation of the plant and production systems
• Be involved in Furnace shutdowns / start ups
• Coordinate maintenance work with the relevant departments
• This role will be required to do shift work on a 12hr 2 day 2night roster.
