SENIOR ARCHITECT

Location : Vancouver Island, British Columbia

Compensation : $110,000 - $130,000

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Architect to work with our Client who is focused in the Architecture & Design industry.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Senior Architect at the associate level to join our team in Victoria, BC, Canada. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong architectural skills, a knack for business development, and excellent client relations capabilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing and expanding our studio presence, specifically focusing on institutional projects. Responsibilities include leading project design, fostering client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver innovative architectural solutions. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, AIBC Registration.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Canada
  • Experience working in the institutional, commercial, educational, healthcare and mixed-use sectors throghout British Columbia
  • Self-motivated, with a curious technical aptitude and a keen design sense
  • Strong communication skills for a collaborative, team-focused work environment
  • Proficient technical skills in Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, and / or Enscape
