Roles & Responsibilities
Support the Manager and Coordinator in finding new contract opportunities and developing a growing network of customersAssist with planning, scheduling, and assigning of resources (equipment and people) for various projects; maximize use of resources to reduce overall costCreate a breakdown of required materials, source products and create an estimate of overall project cost; compile information for bidding purposes and input into the computer for pricingProvide administrative support for the department including preparing invoices, purchase orders, cost logs, employee paperwork, hotels, and contract managementManage customer and employee enquiries in a courteous and expedient manner; stay in contact with customers to ensure needs are being met and inquire about additional projects / materials requiredOrganize and maintain all files and records specific to the business unitAssist in tracking projects, and ensuring the business unit meets organizational deadlinesAssist in developing and monitoring project cost estimates, schedules, reports, procedures, and accounting functions; assist with managing the overall budget for projectsTrack employee payroll and assist with employee expense accounts and credit card trackingAssume strong leadership in health and safety, building up the culture of zero accidentsSkills, Knowledge & Abilities
