Insight Global is looking for QA Engineer to join the Guest Education Center for one of North America's largest retail / wellness companies. This person will be join one of the 6 groups that support various testing streams within the Guest Education Center which range from Salesforce, Oracle, Twilio, and 5nine. It is expected that this individual will be creating better doing both automation and manual testing. They will also look at their automation strategy, what should have automation coverage, do they need to increase automation coverage and what percentage of automation testing they should be operating at.

Must Haves

  • Has 3-5 years of experience as a QA
  • Has experience testing within a call center environment focused on call center technologies such as Twilio, five9, etc.
  • Has experience with automation technologies such as Selenium, Gitlab, Testrail and Jmeter
  • Has experience testing within Salesforce Service Cloud
