Responsibilities
Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions using Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.Develop audience segmentation, personalization strategies, and dynamic content for targeted campaigns.Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external systems through REST / SOAP APIs.Monitor and optimize campaign performance using Analytics Builder and Einstein features.Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing automation strategies with overall business objectives.Build, configure, and deploy scalable solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and / or Data Cloud platforms.Translate functional requirements into clean, efficient code and automation.Build strong stakeholder relationships by understanding needs, maintaining communication, and providing updates.Anticipate challenges and offer innovative solutions; actively solve problems.Demonstrate commitment to delivering value and exceptional service to stakeholders.Translate technical concepts into business‑friendly language and keep stakeholders informed.Partner with Solution Architects and Analysts to validate technical feasibility and refine specifications.Debug and resolve defects, performance issues, and integration errors with speed and precision.Maintain technical documentation, reusable components, and deployment guides.Work closely with Scrum Masters, Technical Leads, and other developers to ensure smooth handoffs and coordinated delivery.Participate in peer reviews, unit testing, and QA cycles to deliver production‑ready code.Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices.Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, AMPscript, SQL).Experience with API integrations (REST / SOAP) and marketing automation best practices.Strong understanding of customer lifecycle strategies.Bonus : Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI / CD practices.Soft Skills
