About the Role

The Engineering Manager leads our engineering team in the realization of the company’s vision. The Manager oversees the progress of our engineering projects, and is present to support the team. Through his knowledge, expertise and leadership, he manages and supports the engineering team and contributes to its growth.

Objectives

• Act as a leader for the Engineering Department;
• Ensure the development and professional growth of his or her team to meet current and future engineering challenges;
• Meet Transport Canada criteria for DAO delegation;
• Drive continuous improvements initiatives and the development of processes and guidelines for engineering activities;
• Manage R&D projects definition and execution;
• Represent the engineering department within the management team;
• Define and track goals and objectives for the engineering department.
