Bilingual Finance Customer Service Representative - 9 month to 1 year contract!
Details :
- 9 month to 1 year contract length
- Hybrid, 3 days in office
- Location is in North York
- Salary is $50k to $55k + 4% vacation pay
- Hours : Monday to Friday 8am to 9pm EST, Saturday 9am to 9pm. Must be able to work the following rotational shifts and select Saturdays : M-F 9am 5pm, 10am 6pm, 11am 7pm, 12pm 8pm, and 1pm 9pm.
Saturdays 9am 5pm & 1pm 9pm (rotational on a 2 week basis)
Summary of Responsibilities :
- Handle Inbound / Outbound customer’s calls on a daily basis.
- Provide customer assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle Inbound / Outbound early-stage collection calls.
- 80% English calls / chat messages / emails and 20% French calls / chat messages / emails.
- Soft collections on past due payments
- Providing pay out quotes from leases / financial contracts
- Making a payment arrangement
- Updating customer’s personal information
Qualifications
- Bilingual (French / English) required
- 1-2+ years experience in a bilingual customer service role
