MDT is one of the fastest-growing brands in the precision rifle industry. We design and manufacture chassis systems, bipods, magazines, accessories, and gear trusted by competitive shooters, hunters, and professionals worldwide. We innovate fast, launch often, and push hard.
We need someone who can do the same.
We're hiring a Marketing Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day marketing execution, project management, and team leadership. This is an in-office role and a critical hire as we scale. Our growth target over the next 3–5 years is aggressive. We’re not shy about that. We need someone who can keep the ball moving… every day… without needing to be constantly pushed.

- You're the operator who makes sure projects get finished, launches go out on time, and the team stays aligned.
- You will run marketing operations, manage multiple projects across multiple teams, and work closely and collaboratively with our Content Manager.
What You’ll Own
You will drive execution for all major marketing activities, including :
Product Launches
Own every launch from planning to execution (we launch roughly 1+ new SKU per week)Keep cross-department tasks on track (product, creative, e‑com, ops)Maintain and improve our launch process over timeProject & Task Management
Manage 15–30 active projects at once (Wrike)Ensure deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables are always movingClear blockers and push projects forwardEvents & Activations
Coordinate our events calendarManage deliverables for reps, shoots, matches, and activationsWork across departments to ensure consistency and readinessMarketing Operations
Weekly cadence of reportingClean, functional workflow systemsHelp optimize processes as we scale
Email & Campaign Execution
Manage the planning, scheduling, and deployment of email campaigns and flowsCoordinate with Content and E-Comm to ensure messaging, timing, and creative are alignedMaintain and optimize automated flows (abandoned cart, replenishment, onboarding, sunsetting, etc.)Influencer & Ambassador Coordination
Support the Content Manager in managing influencer relationshipsEnsure deliverables, timelines, and campaigns are organized and on trackCoordinate product sends, approvals, and reportingWebsite & Launch Readiness
Work with E-Comm to ensure product pages, homepages, and landing pages are accurate and optimized before launchesCoordinate cross‑team updates for promotions, new product drops, and campaignsDealer & B2B Marketing Support
Coordinate dealer‑facing marketing assets (POS materials, product descriptions, photos, videos, etc.)Support dealer communication for launches, events, and product changesHelp strengthen dealer marketing consistency and effectivenessTeam Leadership
Directly support and manage day‑to‑day workflows for marketingWork closely with our Content Manager (who handles content pipeline, creators, etc.)Elevate the team's organization, communication, and overall performanceYou're the glue. The operator. The person who makes sure nothing stalls.

What You Bring
4+ years of marketing experience (consumer brand experience is ideal, firearms market exp / knowledge would be exceptional)Demonstrated ability to run complex projects and launchesExperience managing creators, designers, or content workflowsStrong communication and ownership mentalityLeadership experience (formal or informal)Highly organized, calm under pressure, and able to manage competing prioritiesBonus : experience with firearms, hunting, or precision shooting (not required, just would be very helpful)If this sounds like something you'd love to be a part of, we'd love to hear from you
