As an Infrastructure Analyst, you’ll play a key role in designing, integrating, and supporting Genoa’s IT infrastructure. You’ll work closely with operations and development teams to deliver robust, secure, and high-performing systems, while also helping to maintain compliance, resolve escalated issues, and continuously improve the technological environment.
Position Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and support infrastructure systems including servers, networking equipment, and security solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, develop implementation plans and provide regular updates on project or service delivery.
- Ensure systems meet availability, performance, security, and compliance objectives while monitoring and analyzing capacity issues.
- Assist in managing and supporting network connectivity and communication systems.
- Implement and maintain identity and access management systems to align with security protocols.
- Respond to escalated service requests, incidents, and problem tickets while supporting business continuity, disaster recovery, and incident response efforts
- Perform advanced administrative tasks across on-premises servers, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments and maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure assets, configurations, and procedures.
- Collaborate with operations and facilities teams on data room and equipment needs.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications :
Diploma or degree in Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.5–7 years’ experience in IT systems, cloud infrastructure, networks, or similar.Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation, Azure Admin, Windows Server Hybrid Admin, Fortinet, CompTIA Server+ / Network+).Experience supporting multi-tier applications across endpoints, servers, databases, and services.Working knowledge of Entra ID, Intune, M365, Active Directory, SQL Server, and ManageEngine.Familiar with Windows and Linux OS.Experience with AutoCAD / ShipConstructor / Cadmatic is an asset.Understanding of data privacy and security standards (e.g., NIST 800 series).What they offer :
