AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

American Eagle Outfitters Inc.

Role : Part‑time Brand Ambassador bringing the brand to life daily. Deliver an exceptional shopping experience, represent company values, and passionately promote products.

Responsibilities

Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a friends‑first mindset.
Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fitting options.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
Assist the team, promote teamwork, and get the job done.
Maintain integrity and follow all AEO policies & procedures.

Qualifications

Enjoy interacting with people.

High energy, handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Available evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Passion for AE & Aerie products.

Retail experience preferred.

At least 16 years of age.
