for operating grooming machines and equipment safely and efficiently. You will adapt to changing weather conditions

and variable terrain to create safe and high-quality skiing, snowboarding and sliding surfaces.

Required Experience & Qualifications :

Experience with heavy machinery; grooming experience is an asset, as is proficiency with blade and tiller

operations

Able to read instruments and identify warnings, obstacles and hazards

Have a valid driver’s license with appropriate class ratings

Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays in all weather conditions, lift heavy objects, and be in a

seated position for an entire shift

Demonstrated passion for mountain sports

Responsibilities :

Ensure the safe and efficient use of machinery and equipment including snow cats and implements

Keep a clean, organized and safe work environment

Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of snow cats and other work areas

Identify and communicate maintenance requirements of machines, equipment, workplaces and guests’ areas

Produce the final groomed product as directed

Work in a guest service environment and always appear professional

Comply with all Resort policies and procedures
