About the job :
In this role the Accounting Clerk will provide timely reporting of accounts payable and government remittances along with collecting overdue accounts in a professional manner with timely follow up and assisting in payroll review and authorization of deposits.
Collections for all Levert Group companiesSend out monthly statementsProcess and apply credit card and other payments to accounts receivable using online banking softwarePost accounts payable for all Levert Group companies and process payments when dueEnsure accurate cheques, bank transfers and process EFT payments are completed as requiredRespond to accounts receivable and accounts payable inquiresPrepare payroll source payments for Canada Revenue Agency remittingReview credit applications and perform credit checksPayroll review of registers and processing to bankPayroll support if needed by entering timesheetsIssue WSIB and insurance certificates when requiredProcess stop payments when neededAttend meetings as requiredMiscellaneous office administration tasks.Other duties as may be assignedWhat you need :
