Real Estate Sales Listing Agent

Our high-performing real estate team is looking for a driven Listing Agent to join us. This role is ideal for someone who is confident asking for business, skilled at winning listings, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the transaction.

Must have a valid Real Estate License!

Compensation : $75,000+

Responsibilities :

• Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
• Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
• Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals
• Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary
• Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents
• Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business
• Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales
• Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly
• Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched
• Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base
• Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
