Senior Music Instructor - Keys, Vocals, Bass, Guitar

Ideal qualifications:
- Post secondary degree in music or equivalent
- 5+ years experience as a face to face music instructor
- 5+ years as a performer in a band with recognized achievements
- Experience working with children and groups
- Familiarity with audio management and second language ability are a plus

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging music lessons for students of all ages and skill levels
- Provide individual and group instruction in areas such as music theory, instrument techniques, and performance skills
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and creativity
- Organize and oversee music rehearsals and performances
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to maximize the student's musical experience
- Assess student progress, provide positive constructive feedback, and track their development over time

This role is benefits eligible making the effective compensation ~ $32/hr
